An established, privately held Telecoms company, headquartered in Milton Keynes.  This is our 9th year of business and we are actively expanding our footprint globally and venturing into different business sectors. We are a small team of professionals working from different parts of the world, but have earned a name in the telecoms wholesale market over the years with an annual turnover of about £14 million.We are looking for a Destination Manager to join our team to help fine tune our routing decisions with a strict emphasis on quality.

Your Tasks should you choose to accept it

Your primary objective would be to ensure quality is maintained across our different routing products with a keen eye on the performance indicators such as ASR/ACD etc. Other daily tasks would include, but not limited to, generating and monitoring reports to assess QoS parameters, analysing traffic profiles and fraud patterns so that timely routing decisions can be made.You will be interacting with teams at all levels, but you will be working closely with

•  NOC to monitor destinations and supplier route performance.
•  Sales teams to understand their customers’ routing requirements for different traffic streams and setup appropriate routing options and ensure swaps are managed and fulfilled on time.
•  Management teams to produce reports on sales and network performance and identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

More about your task

You will primarily be working from home in your pyjamas, but may be required to travel to conferences or meetings as required by your line manager. Don’t come into meetings and conferences in pyjamas! Suited and booted always for meetings and conferences.
Your hectic schedule starts at 0900 and finishes at 1730 Monday to Friday (UK Time)
Role is a full time desk based (albeit in your home) role. You will be expected to be online and available at your desk through out your working hours. No sleeping or sneaking around while on your mobile pretending to be at home! We know it all!  We need your timely routing decisions to help the team attain world domination.
We are happy to pay a little above the market rate depending on experience.
